Property Accessibility Statement

McMullen House Bed & Breakfast LLC is an owner-occupied three guestroom lodging facility.  Having five rooms or less, we are not required (exempt) to be American Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible under Title III section 1.2 of the act.  Please be aware that the first floor is accessed by at least four steps and all of the guestrooms are located on the second floor.  However, each guest is provided a tour of the house and of relevant access and egress points.  Evacuation maps are in large print for those who are visually impaired and emergency lighting is provided in the event of a power failure. 

Website Accessibility Statement

McMullen House Bed & Breakfast LLC wants to provide the opportunity for everyone to access our website and learn not only about the B&B but also be able to read the blog. We are working towards making the site compliant with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA (WCAG 2.1 AA) standard. Progress to date includes making sure that color contrast at least meets the requirements of the AA level, every image has alternative text, and headings and links are reachable using the tab key.
