The 10th Day of Christmas celebrates the Feast of the Holy Name of Jesus on January 3rd.  Although some churches celebrate this day on January 1st in conjunction with the Feast of Mary.

The Tenth Day of Christmas at McMullen House is depicted with a booklet showing the 10 lords-a-leaping (the University of Pittsburgh-Titusville basketball team) in the library.  The ten lords represent the 10 commandments in the Bible.

 

History of the Feast of the Holy Name of Jesus

This feast has been celebrated since the 15th century and commemorates the accepting of Jesus as a son of Abraham and a full member of his family.1
